Non-vegetarian delicacies. Being a native company to Gujarat, we
specialize in all the Gujarati food items for the traditional
weddings and events.
Food Preparation
Jay Excellency has a kitchen that has been prepared with all the
state-of-the-art equipments to meet the international standards. We
have taken additional measures to ensure good quality, hygiene and
freshness of food. Our seasoned chefs choose each and every
ingredient for cooking by themselves so that it only the best is
picked up from the lot.
Water is another important
part of the process of food preparation. We use specially treated
water for preparing foods. There is a water treatment facility
present for all the occasions and we perform timely checks and
maintenance to make sure that the quality of water is retained.
